TN Analyzer Service, Inc. is now Aperture Scientific, LLC! TN Analyzer Service, Inc. (TNAS) was a provider of service for Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometers (EDX or EDS) users since 1991. In 2009, TNAS purchased Advanced Analysis Technologies, LLC (AAT) a SiLi detector repair company and merged the two companies in 2016 to form TNAS-AAT. In 2022, Aperture Scientific, LLC acquired TNAS-AAT, and continues to provde services for liquid nitrogen cooled detectors, as well as newer silicon drift detectors (SDDs.) We also have a range of rebuilt SEMs and TEMs available, and can service most models of microscope as well.
